Best Ways to Explore

the Canoa Heritage Area!

Plan a day trip!  Explore!  Repeat!

The best attractions are just minutes away from the Canoa Ranch Rest Area on I-19.   Check out the art/history display at this location to discover adventure ideas.

Many of the attractions are                        connected by the 1,200 mile Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail along the Santa Cruz River.

From  Nogales to San Xavier, this natural wildlife and Indian trade trail has been shared by travelers for centuries, and the  Canoa Heritage Area is still making history!
